When will I receive my order?
We will dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of it being placed. Once dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
How do I change/cancel my Order?
Please email Bob (email in footer), message (social media) or call +44 (0) 1923 211 238 to cancel the order. If your order has already started the shipping phase, it may not be possible to cancel. It is not possible to cancel digital orders. If the order has shipped and you wish to receive a refund, please see below.
How do you ship?
We know how important receiving your products in mint condition is. Bob ALWAYS send Collectors editions shipping tracked and recorded with insurance. It does mean our shipping prices are a little higher, but Bob heard what the community wanted.
What is the Refund policy?
You may return physical purchases for a refund, free of charge (no restocking fees) within 14 days of receiving your purchase, providing the product is in its original unopened packaging and in new condition with all original contents. You will be responsible for the return postage charge.

What is Wired Rewards?
Wired Rewards is our way of saying thank you! All physical copies of GRIP: Combat Racing, Shaq FU: A Legend Reborn, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood on Nintendo Switch and Victor Vran on Nintendo Switch, come with a Wired Rewards leaflet inside the case.
Each leaflet gives you a unique code that you can use to claim some great rewards for free!
1) Visit the Rewards section of our shop
2) Choose the reward you'd like and and select buy now, adding the item to your cart
3) Head to checkout and fill in your details
4) At checkout, under 'promo code', enter your Wired Rewards code found on your leaflet. Once verified this will reduce the Wired Reward to free!
5) Complete checkout and await your download!

Do I pay Customs fees?
Physical orders for European delivery are dispatched from Austria. Customs fees may apply depending on your country's import laws. We recommend checking with your local authority prior to purchase to confirm fees.
